All DayKesher Israel is pleased to once again welcome Rabbi Haim Jachter, Dayan of the Beth Din of Elizabeth and Rabbi of Congregation Shaarei Orah in Teaneck, as our Scholar-in-Residence the weekend of parshat Eikev, August 11-12.
Rabbi Jachter will be speaking on three occasions:
--Shabbat morning drasha: "Why Does Hashem Not Make Open Miracles in Every Generation?"
--Afternoon shiur at 6:25 pm: "Torah and Archaeology: Can't They Just Get Along?"
--Seudah shelishit: "The Stiff-Necked People: The Perfect People to Receive the Torah"
