2022 Virtual Yom Kippur Appeal
2022/5783 Kesher Israel Virtual Yom Kippur Appeal
Our annual Yom Kippur Appeal is an important piece of Kesher's annual fundraising revenues, making up a significant portion of our budget, and supporting critical community infrastructure for the downtown DC Jewish community.
The Appeal greatly supports Kesher's diverse annual expenditures, including congregational services, as well as critical community infrastructure for both our membership and the wider DC Jewish community.
- Congregational services expenses include facilities maintenance, educational and social programming, and ritual expenses.
- Community infrastructure expenses include maintenance of the Kesher Eruv, upkeep of our three cemeteries, and our uninterupted funding of our confidential Welfare Fund.
Please watch Kesher President Judah Rose's virtual appeal below, and consider supporting this vital effort to ensure Kesher's continued financial stability.
Wishing you and yours a very happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year,
Shanah Tova!
