The Board will take the opportunity to share with you some highlights of what we've worked on over the last few months, as well as the decisions that are currently before us. Some of the topics we think you may want to hear about include: 

• Where does the case currently stand
• What communal efforts are being made to reach out to/help those who are going through/have gone through the conversion process, as well as possible victims?
• Rabbinic coverage, including processes for a permanent rabbinic search
• Kesher traditions and minhagim
• Current resources and needs of the shul 
• High level financial state of the shul - both in light of and separate from litigation
• Establishment of a new communal vaad - and Kesher's role
• Kesher's relationship with other DC shul/communal organizations
