Ambassador Schneebauer has served in many roles for her country’s Foreign Ministry, including as Consul-General in Zurich, Switzerland and Ambassador to the Republic of Malta. Most recently, Ambassador Schneebauer was Director-General for Consular Affairs at the Austrian Foreign Ministry in Vienna. Since 2018, she has held the function of Austrian National Coordinator and leader of the Task Force for the Combat of Human Trafficking. Ambassador Schneebauer is a lawyer by profession and also holds a doctorate in philosophy.

 

 Kenneth Weinstein is Japan Chair at Hudson Institute where he was CEO from 2005 to 2020.  Weinstein writes regularly for major global publications, earned a Ph.D. in political philosophy, and been decorated by the governments of France and Japan.  In March 2020, Weinstein was nominated by President Trump to serve as U.S. Ambassador to Japan.   In 2022, with the late Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Weinstein co-founded the Indo-Pacific Forum (IPF), a non-profit designed to promote Abe’s vision of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
