A talk by Dr. Efraim Chalamish following Kiddush  on the Second Day of Shavuot in the Kesher Sanctuary

Dr. Efraim Chalamish is an international economic law Prof at NYU, advisor, and commentator. He has advised the Israeli government and Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office on matters, such as international relations, security and the oil and natural gas industry in Israel. His articles have been published in leading journals and magazines in the United States and Europe. He is the founder and president of the Global Center for Economic Development and Security.He is frequently involved in public service and diplomacy and has served as a board member and a Permanent Representative to the United Nations of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers. Dr. Chalamish was recently selected as the Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Fellow, and the American Council on Germany’s McCloy Fellow on Global Trends.
