Dr. Bloch, a rehabilitational psychologist and neuropsychologist, serves as the CEO of the National Institute for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured in Israel. She is also the co-founder of BrainTalk, a startup in the neuropsychological rehabilitation industry. Dr. Bloch worked with the Nishmat Women's Halachic Hotline as a halachic consultant for seven years.
She holds a Ph.D. in brain science from Bar-Ilan University and an M.A. and B.A. from Hebrew University in neuropsychology and physics and psychology, respectively.
