Join us for a communal Shabbat lunch with our scholar in residence, Jordan Gorfinkel.  For nearly a decade Jordan was a manager of the Batman franchise at DC Comics, where his creations serve as inspiration for television, film, games and more. As a cartoonist, Jordan draws JewishCartoon.com, the weekly comic strip featured in newspapers and online. His Jewish Cartoon Workshop, for schools and camps, gets participants of all ages and backgrounds drawing comics about the Torah portion of the week and other Jewish themes.

Lunch will include a Chinese buffet from David Chu's as well as challah rolls.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please email them to aliciar@kesher.org
